The fuel oil supply、installment and transfer is particularly important to ensure ship safe. The transfer of fuel oil is ralate to ocean pollution prevention and ship’s draft; In order to ensure staffs safe and improve staff’s skill in process of operation. The training to the crew is indispensable. At present the training simulator used for crew’s training on Marine fuel oil supply, install and transfer, is too simplified in our country, and not conducive to further operations and training. As the development of modern ship is promoting training simulator to make corresponding develop. So this paper aims at the shortage of training simulator’s fuel oil transportion system, puts forward a improved scheme to the ship engine simulator’s fuel oil system, the technical scheme can improve the function of the engine simulator, also can satisfy higher demands of crew skills training, evaluation.January1,2012, IMO began to implement Manila Amendments to the STCW. The convention put forward new demands for the marine simulator, define their functions shall be met:(1) Chief engineer simulates normal operating conditions, and the engineer coordination and cooperation with chief engineer (including stand by and finished the engine, motorized sailing, normal navigation, mooring, berthing operations, fog sailing, the installation of fuel materials, etc. Run);(2) Simulating emergency situations, chief engineer coordinate and cooperate with engineers (including: host failure, steering gear failure, the ship brake out, engine room fire, engine room flooded, adverse sea conditions, stranding, collision, pirate attacks, oil, etc.).Fuel oil filling and transfer system is a very important part of ship power system, also the important part in the actual ship operation. But it is not conducive to deeper level of training and can not meet the needs of the practical operation of exams because of simplified system model in fuel oil filling and transfer system.This paper aims at improve and implementate the fuel oil filling and transfer system in engineer simulator, which not only can meet the simulation training requirements of the International Maritime Organization, but also meet the higher crew and assessment requirements. Firstly, this paper simplify the design of bunker oil filling and lightering systems and. Then this paper made some mathematics or physics models of the system’s necessary components, based on the actual work practices and crew training requirements. Finally, based on the modeling of the system, this paper made some basic instructions in system structures, user interface, simulation platform and test run in bunker oil filling and lightering system simulator.
