| Earthquakes tend to create large casualties and damage to buildings, It is very necessary and urgent to do some research about related field to avoid such damages. During last30years, with the development of science and technology relating to the progress of building seismic technology, a series of new seismic ideas and methods had been developed, some new methods of seismic design and construction had been adopted by more and more buildings. As a new isolation system in foreign countries, the Friction Pendulum System has been widely applied to the engineering field; irregular structure, which is easy to be damaged in the earthquake, therefore, such scientific research is particularly important.In this paper, the horizontal earthquake under the action of FPS type on structure was studied, at the same time, some exploration focused on FPS type joint damping isolation structure with TMD has also been made; the main contents are as follows.First, introduces the composition and calculation of the friction pendulum isolation bearings model and the basic principle of torsional vibration effect of building structures was studied, the author find that the building structure is the fundamental reason of the torsional vibration and control method; and related studies have shown that turn brittle failure, irregular structure is easily happened and torsional displacement ratio and reverse cycle ratio control structure is able to shift the effective control of brittle failure.In the second part, the asymmetric frame structure of FPS type structure damping performance is introduced. Model based on multi degree of freedom system, and experiment under the influence of horizontal seismic FPS type structure of flat torsion coupling dynamic equation is designed, the asymmetric some eight layer vibration isolation and the isolation of reinforced concrete frame structure of the dynamic time history response is also discussed. Results indicate that FPS type structure can not only control the level to the dynamic response of the asymmetric structure effectively, but also can effectively control the torsion effect of asymmetric structure. Through the history analysis, compared with the structure, structure displacement between layers, each layer of acceleration, the layers of torsion Angle, corner structure stress, etc, are greatly reduced. Therefore, FPS sliding base-isolated structure can significantly improve the safety of the asymmetric structure under strong earthquakes. Finally, the FPS isolation structure with TMD joint damping is studied. Set up two structure models,one is asymmetric, the other is symmetric. By means of time history analysis t0the isolation structure, FPS isolation structure and FPS with TMD joint damping structure, which explores the joint of the two damping effect, the results show that after adding TMD to friction pendulum isolation structures, damping effect is improved, the layers of acceleration and Angle shear, interlayer displacement has a corresponding increase, but the increase amplitude is small, add TMD vibration isolation structure of higher order modes indicates a good control effect. |
