| With the rapid development of transport, efficient, transportation system of fast andsafe is a necessary requirement for the current transport. Highway transportation plays animportant role in the transport industry, especially into a freeway. In recent years, thevehicles in freeway is developing to more larger, heavier, so the conflicts of trucks andpassenger cars increase sharply. In this condition, the original "high-speed" road can’tachieve the desired quality of service, and even traffic congestion and accidents shallhappen. From the root cause analysis, poor operating performance of large trucks andoverloading phenomenon is more obvious, a "moving bottleneck" is caused by the truckresulting in long-term occupation of road resources, and follow-up vehicles have to slowdown, while passenger cars being hampered wants to search for high-speed driving, thatneed to frequent change lanes, so it is causing a safety hazard. To search road transport services of efficient, comfortable and safe, this paperanalyzes studies of car interference with trucks, and selects capacity and delays asanalytical indicators, analyzes the overall proportion of trucks on the road causing trafficcapacity, and in different crowded environment, traffic delays caused by trucks. Accordingto the results, when the proportion of truck traffic is a certain percentage, the road need toimplement separate passenger from mixed to get fast, efficient and safe. Further, the depthresearch for the conditions of separation passenger and trucks is necessary. The first chapter introduces background, purpose and significance of the research. Onthe basis of the above and the experience of implementation in domestic and international, the paper proposed the idea and content of research, laid the foundation for the completionof the thesisThe second chapter introduces the wave theory and phenomenon of movingbottlenecks and traffic mix carriageway road, on this basis, further analysis under theinfluence of single trucks and vans interference superimposed on lane capacity, and thedifferent flow conditions queuing-dissipate process, and then calculate the queue lengthand delay. Capacity losses and delays from the two indicators analyzed the necessity to implement the separation of passenger and freight, laying the groundwork for the followingstudies. The third chapter analyzes the main factors of implementing of separating truck andpassenger car with dash. Compared with truck lane restrictions, lane dedicated pay moreattention to nature, more easier to manage. However, due to its use of white solid lines andtraffic signs lane positioning function, different models of vehicles into a different lane, then it comes to the problem of how to allocate the lane, through the analysis of therelationship between vehicle traffic and road service between the establishment of laneallocation method for dash separated to provide a reference implementation. The fourth Chapter for the physical separation exists in the implementation of sitting astudy and implementation of two conditions. Combined with the implementation ofphysical separation is most closely related factors (total flow, truck traffic, truckaccidents, service levels) to establish a physically separate road system implemented topredict elect the feasibility of implementing the largest road as an alternative road, on thebasis of in order to determine the need for its implementation, this paper VISSIMsimulation software for different number of lanes, traffic, truck ratio combiningsimulation experiments, to analyze its operating efficiency (density, speed, and delays)and lane utilization, come to the following conditions for implementation. The fifth chapter of the text of the main findings were summarized and presented tothe next research program. |
