| Slow-moving traffic is an important part of urban resident trip,which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the sustainable development of traffic and connecting motorization trip.Especially with the rapid development of bike-sharing,the percentage of bicycle trips,which is the main transport mood in our country increases further.The problem of mixed traffic safety and efficiency has attracted wide attention.Therefore,pedestrians and non-motor vehicles should be paid more attention to ensure the rights of all traffic participants in traffic design.Road intersection is an important area for the"contention" of the traffic rights among motor vehicles,pedestrians and non-motor vehicles.In this area,conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles have main effect on traffic safety and efficiency.It’s necessary to make intensive study on traffic running characteristics and control method in the signalized intersection.In this paper,the research on the exclusive phase of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle signal control is focused on setting threshold.Based on the characteristics of the operation of people and vehicles,the safety cost and delay cost are selected as the evaluation indexes of safety and efficiency respectively.The model of intersection running cost is established,which has exclusive phase of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle signal control mode and traditional signal control mode.Determinate the threshold for exclusive phase of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle to minimize the intersection running cost.Perfect control method for exclusive phase of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle,and then verify the optimization effect.Firstly,with the regression analysis of the pedestrian acceptable clearance,fit the pedestrian acceptable clearance distribution function f(θ).TTC is used as the index to screen out the serious conflict,and then the relationship between serious conflict and accident is analyzed.According to the situation of serious conflict,the safety cost under different modes is obtained,and the safety evaluation of signalized intersection is carried out.Secondly,the efficiency of vehicle and pedestrian and non-motor vehicle is analyzed at the signalized intersection,and the average delay model of motor vehicle,pedestrian and non-motorized vehicle is established,which involves the conflicts caused by pedestrians and non-motor vehicles running red light and various delay,including signal delay,conflict delay,and detour delay.Finally,based on the safety cost model and delay model,the intersection running cost under different control modes is calculated by genetic algorithm and steering parameters of traffic flow are analyzed and compared.Take minimum intersection running cost as the goal to determine the exclusive phase setting threshold of pedestrians and non-motor vehicles.Take the intersection of Sidaokou in Beijing as an example to evaluate the effect of setting exclusive phase of pedestrian and non-motor vehicle. |
