Offshore oil and gas resources in the global energy mix is increasingly important. Offshore oil and gas development is an important part of China’s marine development strategy. Among them, the offshore vessels is the main equipment of oil and gas resource development, which is around the offshore oil and gas development and the construction of ships. Carry personnel and equipment for exploration of offshore oil and gas transportation, the effective operation of the normal conduct offshore drilling platform services. Today, as an efficient electric propulsion, energy-efficient propulsion, the practical application of ship propulsion and more and more, much beyond the traditional diesel propulsion.
