With the development of natural science,the improvement of productivityand the expansion of production scale in modern society.The measurementtechnology has become an essential part of the work at various stages ofindustrial production.Only by using a variety of measurement techniques toaccurately understand and control the process of production. Measurementtechnology has become an important component to make the industrialproduction digitize accuralize and systematize.Impact flowmeter as one of theproducts of measurement technology have emerged.Through convert theimpact of a falling object to the board to a corresponding electrical signal.Andthrough data processing to achieve the purpose of measuring the flow of theobject indirectly.The application areas of impact flowmeter are very broad.Theobjects to be measured are usually powdered and solid particles, and themeasurement part is mainly used in the loading process of weighingsection.Now the main application of impact flowmeter is weighing in food andcoal loading process.For the equipment in industrial production process,in thecase of without affecting application functionality,reduce the size of its footprintbecomes imperative trend.By studding the design principles of impactflowmeter,this article propose a compact mechanical structure based on theprevious design.And completed the software and hardware design andproduction of the sensor,and achieve the purpose of the multifunctionalinstrument.In this paper,the author utilize the software of AutoCAD to designthe various components of impact flowmeter.And apply the software ofSolidworks to design3D renderings of each component,and couple the variouscomponents together to show the whole device.In this paper,the authordesigned and produced the sensor of impact flowmeter based on the principle of Linear Variable Differential Transformer(LVDT).And test the sensitivity of thesensor by experimental.Designed and fabricated data sampling process andresults display system simultaneously. Through programming, the equipmentcan monitor real-time traffic, average flow, total mass, and other data.
