Urine analyzer is an instrument that can analyze and test the chemicalcomposition of the urine. As the extensive use of the urine analyzer, manykinds of the urine analyzers is designed and researched. In the21stcentury, the instrument is developed in the direction of semi-automaticand self-automatic.Based on the advantage and disadvantage of the urine analyzers in themarket, we propose a kind of the instrument in the foundation of the colorsensor. This instrument is cheap, convenient and has a very simplestructure. It can test8to12projects, so it can work out the problemthat the reagent band must comply with the instrument.This paper consists of the overall system structure and the operatingprinciple. The instrument regards the MCU as the core and the color sensoras the foundation. Meanwhile, this paper designs the system in threemodules, namely the electrical system, the light program and themechanical module. The electrical system is composed of the colormeasurement circuit, the keyboard circuit, the display circuit and so on.It also consists of the schematic circuit, the principle of the chip choseand the pin connection. The light program is formed of a white LED andthe color sensor TCS230. It is regarded as the key component. Themechanical module comprises the propelling band, the transmission bandand the stepping motor. It makes the uninterrupted transmission of thereagent band and the step by step test come true.In the end, we make the integrated processing of each module. It provesthe feasibility of the above-mentioned project.
