The Research And Development Of Instant Extraction Of An Object's Color And It's Configuration Devices

The purpose of this paper is to design a design a device to take and match the color of the objrct in real time,and to achieve the wysiwyg efficient color taking and matching function.The research and development device can be used in object color detection,metal painting,paint printing,art creation and other fields.With 51 series single-chip microcomputer as the core control component of the color matching device,the color picking device is built through the integration of color sensor,tft-lcd,stepping motor,peristaltic pump,agitator,ink box,jet pen and other accessories,and the automatic ink matching and inkjet is realized.The R,G and B information of the object color is obtained by TCS230 color sensor,and the peristaltic pump motor is driven by this value to obtain the amount of CMY ink.In the actual implementation process,a large number of actual color matching experiments were carried out to obtain the correct modified RGB and CMYK conversion formula.The whole system,through Kie15 using C language programming program,the combination of software and hardware enables the SCM to achieve the corresponding function control.Finally,a large number of experiments and debugging related parameters are carried out on the designed and produced color matching device to complete the functions of color selection and color matching.
