Loaders have complex operating environment and working conditions. Loadershave the problem of energy consumption, emissions poor. Thus it is necessary toimprove dynamic and achieve energy conservation, construction vehicles. In recentyears, more and more construction vehicles have adopted the hybrid technology. Whatis more, Automatic transmission technology and hybrid technology can be furthercombined with efficient powertrain to achieve, effectively improve vehicle economyand power. Studying automatic transmission hybrid technology has importanttheoretical significance and practical value.This dissertation combine Doctoral Program of Higher Specialized ResearchFund(120061110023)” Severe automatic transmission hybrid vehicle technologyresearch”. It introduces automatic transmission technology in the hybrid loader toimprove hybrid loader power, fuel economy and driving comfort. This paper studiesthe hybrid automatic loader shift at typical condition law. It completes the followingwork:1、It stduies the structural description and analysis of traditional loaders. Then itstduies the introduction of hybrid loader structure. It should establish the constructionof hybrid loader mathematical model and through mathematical model to establishsimulation model. 2、This dissertation uses accelerator opening degree, operating load factor andspeed as the control parameters to research hybrid automatic transmission technology.The economic shift is the best torque converter efficiency for purpose. The dynamicshift is the best vehicle dynamics for purpose. And comprehensive shift is acompromise control strategy. It draws economy shift, dynamic shift as well ascomprehensive shift decision chart according shift function.3、It designs acquisition module for gear information, speed information, torquespeed information and does hybrid automatic loader shift controller. It uses visual C++to design the control panel and testes it in hybrid loader automatic transmission testbench.
