The advantage of HEV in energy saving and emission reduction has been accepted generally. With its excellent performance, the dual clutch transmission can reach consensus with HEV on energy saving ideas by its high efficiency and light weight. On the other hand,it can achieve shifting without power interruption by its structural features to improve the vehicle dynamic,and also offers the possibility of the development in new configuration. Therefore,referring to the relevant information,we consider a combination of both to make the car better performance. The development of shift schedule special for the HEV has become the key technology of the HEV for its effect in further improving the vehicle performance,so the further research on the shift schedule of HEV is also discussed here.First,the feasibility of HEV equipped with DCT is analyzed. Both of their advantages in performance and integration between them were proposed. Five configurations of HEV equipped with DCT are listed. The advantages and disadvantages of various configurations were analyzed to determine the final three configurations with the feasibility and analysis for further analysis. For every configuration, the parameters were matched to determine the parameters of the powertrain. Then the corresponding simulation model was built while the control strategy was developed to generate DLL files into the simulation software of Cruise in o to complete the build of the Cruise\Simulink co-simulation platform. For the shift schedule of hybrid vehicles,through analysis of the domestic revelant documents,the shortcomings of their own were pointed out. Considering the control concepts based on the optimal working curve,with their working characteristics of the powertrain,two difficulties in solving the shift schedule are proposed,namely,the portion of the energy from the brake recovery in the total energy into the battery and the conversion between different electric motor working range in the mode of motoring and generating. With the four-parameter upshift schedule considering the SOC, motor torque, engine torque and the velocity, the two difficulities were initially solved. For the downshift schedule in braking mode, the four-parameter downshift schedule considering SOC, echanical brake torque, motor torque and velocity was also made. The simulation analysis shows that, compared to traditional car shift schedule, the four parameters shift schedule can significantly improve fuel economy, and recover more energy when braking. The superiority of four-parameter shift schedule was verified.
