| The automobile was invented more than100years ago, the car’s safety always concern.With the development of our national economy, automobile as a modern means oftransportation is more and more popular, the sharp increase of vehicle brings greatconvenience to people’s life and production, but also the number of casualties caused bytraffic accidents and has shown a rising trend, in order to improve the vehicle passive safetyperformance, decrease the casualty, must study structure of automobile safety in the cardevelopment stage, the traffic accident most of the car is a head-on collision and a rear endcollision. In these incidents, the seat as also plays a protective role, very important to reducesafety components damage and therefore, important parts of automobile seat is also thestrength research.In this paper, for the customer requirements on the car rear seat strength by finiteelement analysis and improvement, including: the rear seat ISS safety strength analysis andimprovement; analysis and improvement of impact strength of trunk; the child seat fixingdevice strength analysis of ISOFIX. According to the load distribution characteristics andload bearing seat seat system, firstly a finite element model of seat backrest frame, thebackrest frame model including the shell element and beam element unit cell types, a total of143124nodes and123426units, and the bolt seat structure connection, welding, rivetingconnections are simplified, the finite element model of seat cushion and seat frame increasein child seat fixing device of ISOFIX finite element analysis, this model includes74758elements and84565nodes. Finite element analysis of load model is based on the back seatbased on frame finite element model, according to GB14167-2013, GB15083-2006requirements, increase the loading module of different size, direction, safety belt on thelower chest module (force), to ensure that the results of the finite element analysis andexperimental results have comparability.The rear seat ISS safety strength, impact strength and trunk child seat ISOFIX fixedpoint device strength (forward force, oblique force and fixed point device) were tested, testsite in Tianjin and the host plant laboratory. Comparison of the test results and the finiteelement analysis results, the finite element analysis results and the test results are very close,the finite element analysis is proved feasibility in the seat of the strength. |
