Foundation pit engineering is an ancient subject in civil engineering construction,in the process of design and construction, we not only need to ensure the safety andstability of the pit itself, but also to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment, and ensure the feasibility and economy of Engineering construction. Therefore, theoptimization of type of foundation pit and supporting design calculation, is the key tosolve the problem. This paper select Changchun Yuduheyuan’s foundation pit design, according tothe characteristics of the project and the surrounding environment, select theappropriate support types--anchorage pile and composite soil nailing wall; thencalculate the design of supporting structure, using the method of layer excavation stressinvariant. The software for checking the stability of two kinds of support scheme, according to calculated results to determine the design.Application of Midas-GTS software to establish two kinds of support form themodel for numerical simulation, analysis of the supporting structure and thedeformation characteristics of the surrounding soil, provide the basis for the control ofdeformation. This engineering adopts composite soil nail wall supporting scheme, monitoring data and the simulation software of Midas-GTS data comparison, analysisand evaluation of the rationality of supporting scheme.Combined with the actual situation of the project, to meet the engineering andenvironmental security conditions, the composite soil nail wall supporting scheme, andmore fulcrum pile anchor supporting scheme is more economical, can provide areference for the similar engineering.
