Due to the continuous development of metro industry, subway daily security operation and routine maintenance become a growing concern of the subway staff, metro daily maintenance needs a large number of spare parts support, considering its own characteristics and spare parts for metro train running caused as a result of the increase, a large number of spare parts of metro spare parts inventory management become a hot research scholars, the spare parts inventory work mainly includes spare parts spare parts purchasing and daily management work and so on, which caused by the unscientific spare parts purchasing spare parts out of stock will be serious influence on metro daily maintenance and operation, spare parts too much hold up enterprise funds, hinder the expansion of enterprise scale. Based on a subway secondary inventory as the research object, has carried out classification of spare parts, spare parts demand prediction and spare parts demand prediction time study, and according to the nature of the spare parts of the development of the spare parts inventory management software.First, this paper introduces the significance of the spare parts inventory management, and the research status of spare parts management at home and abroad were reviewed, and the research content of this paper are introduced.Second, this paper introduces the research status quo of spare parts classification, analysis and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the existing classification method, this article USES the spare parts classification method is proposed.Third, the classification forecast for spare parts demand prediction, commonly used spare parts and not commonly used spare parts demand prediction, the view of the seriousness of this operation in the subway is not commonly used spare parts, which is not commonly used spare parts demand prediction are introduced in detail, and put forward the not commonly used spare parts demand prediction method used by this paper.Fourth, considering the incomplete spare parts demand prediction, this paper makes a detailed study of spare parts demand happened time and thought to using digital carrier technology demand prediction of time.Fifth, respect for the needs of the secondary inventory management, this paper presents a general spare parts inventory management solution, and by using VB and MATLAB joint development of the inventory management software.Finally, the work is summarized, and pointed out the need to further research work.
