The concrete hollow block which owns excellent properties, saving land and energy, were gradually replaced the clay solid brick.According to the development trend of building materials,, the project team put forward a new horizontal-hole interlock hollow block, which has numerous advantages. This kind of block has the advantages of easy to operate, thermal insulation, saving land, high-strength, light weigh, etc.Horizontal-hole hollow block mainly have three types,"K","TK","HK" block. Based on the relation of Modulus, hollow ratio, mechanical performance and other factors, the project team selected the appropriate specification and size of the block.By using ABAQUS software, I analyze the mechanical properties of a single block, give the reasonable parameter settings and the accurate calculation model; obtain the blocks type deformation, stress and strain distribution, to calculate the compressive bearing capacity of block, analysis the failure modes of block. Concluded by this analysis,"K","TK","HK" block, the compressive strength increased in turn."K","TK" block are characterized by longitudinal pressure crisp peeling, cross rib in the joint is broken;"HK" form block of the lateral vertical rib more easy to crisp peeling, cross rib Rachel no longer effect, more like ultra short column oblique shear failure damage.With numerical simulation method and Normative Methodologies, I calculate the heat thermal resistance, heat transfer coefficient, thermal inertia index, analysis of the thermal performance of the block. When the block without insulation materials, heat preservation performance from low to high is "HK" shaped block,"TK" block,"K" block. When the block filled insulation materials, the block heat transfer coefficient reduced and heat preservation performance greatly improved. The H shaped block heat preservation performance is best.At last, I summary the provisions for the external wall heat transfer coefficient of the energy saving design standard, use affiliated software of the standard to calculate the linear thermal transmittance coefficient of the thermal bridge, Provide the basis for energy-saving design of horizontal-hole interlock hollow block filler wall.
