Railway circuit breaker a few years with the continuous development of nationalelectrification railway, attention degree is greatly improved, application is becoming moreand more widely. With the continuous construction of electrified railway, the tractionsubstation field increases, the demand of railway circuit breaker in the next10years willincrease a lot, market prospect is very broad. Independent research and development abilityin this field in our country at present also is bad, the design of the circuit breaker on thestability and dynamic characteristics on some distance compared with foreign products.According to the analysis of the types of existing railway circuit breaker, the advantagesand shortcomings of institutions, aiming at the shortage of the electric locomotive maincircuit breaker TDV10type vacuum circuit breaker and improvement put forward a newtype of monostable electromagnetic operating mechanism of thought. The thought is byusing electromagnetic institutions to replace the original pneumatic mechanism, feedmotion using the closing coil to closing, use of a coil to be feed motion, in the process ofclosing with break-brake spring into spring elastic potential energy stored power.Break-brake gesture, break-brake spring release energy storage, complete brake action, soas to realize the interlock of spring.According to the requirements, design parameters of single steady-stateelectromagnetic operating mechanism of the electromagnetic system design, and sizeparameters of the parts were determined. Based on design thinking, organization andinstitutions switching dynamic characteristics, design the closing coil and closing coil. Andspecify the simulation experiment, combined with the national standard electrical manual,determine the size and specifications of the coil, and through the different number of turnsthe current plan, choose the most can satisfy the requirement of design organization.Using Ansoft finite element analysis software simulation analysis was carried out onthe design structure, respectively. First according to the magnetic field distributioncharacteristics of design agencies, are the analysis of the static magnetic field and the dynamic magnetic field calculation model and calculation equations. Electromagnetic loopis obtained by the simulation results based on the analysis of the static magnetic field ofmagnetic field distribution, dynamic core relationship with the magnetic field strength indifferent position. Through adjustment, optimize the design structure design, and sizeparameters of the parts were determined. With ontology, and a simulation model basedonthe design of the structure of the static structure and the external circuit, the coil numberof turns, such as parameter Settings, design structure dynamic characteristics simulationmodel was established. According to different conditions, to design structure of closing andbrake process of simulation, get the corresponding dynamic characteristic curve of eachprocess. And according to the design of the structure of the reaction characteristic and thestructure size, to get the characteristic parameters and design requirements were analyzedand proved the rationality of the design results.
