With the development of social economy and improvement of people’s life, lots people choose low carbon environmental protection of high-speed railway in the travel way. But in the present stage, our country strategy is to implement sustainable development. In order to meet the requirements of the strategic development, the development of high-speed railway has become a trend in a period of time in the future. The vacuum circuit breaker is a pneumatic operation mechanism in electrified railway, the operation mechanism has the features like large in size, strong noise, relatively poor reliability, and the whole system is easy to collapse if happened fault,so there has great potential safety hazard. In addition that equipment repair and maintenance need high complexity. The object of study in this paper choose electrified railway vacuum circuit breaker, using a new type of electromagnetic operating mechanism instead of the original pneumatic operation mechanism, and analysis stress aims at the key components of the electromagnetic operating mechanism of drive rod.This paper analyzed vacuum circuit breaker model of electromagnetic actuator after learning the general situation of the development of electrified railway and on the basis of knowledge related to the vacuum circuit breaker. The three-dimensional model of the electromagnetic actuator is carried out by ANSYS. Using ANSYS analysis electromagnetic force generated in the process of closing coil sub module simulation circuit breaker. The stress distribution and the change curve of the driving rod is obtained by using the ANSYS analysis module to load the electromagnetic suction and the counter force to the drive lever, and analysis the voltage and dimensional deviation to drive the impact of working stress.In terms of reliability research, using the stress distribution graph to get the driving rod maximum stress. The reliability theory of driving rod is studied by using the stress intensity interference theory. Compared the different materials of the reliability of the drive rod. The results show that to driven by vacuum impregnation of epoxy glass tube rod reliability is preferable to use stainless steel materials.
