In this paper, research is done to assessment the whole process risk and the control system of the Across the YellowRiver Project, concerning from project planning, design, construction and operations. The risks include the design risk, technology risk construction, operation risk, hydrological risk and social risk. A comprehensive analysis of the technical risks of the Yellow River Engineering exists and takes appropriate countermeasures.Firstly, identification is done to technology risk of the Across the YellowRiver Project. The two important projects are Earthwork and Hydraulic Reinforced concrete work. The risk accidents of Earthwork are landslide and collapse, the flow of sand, ground disturbance, such as earthwork excessive subsidence. The risk accidents of Hydraulic Reinforced concrete work are concrete cracks, lining concrete cracks impermeable, steel connections, steel works winter construction, construction template.Secondly, the Across the YellowRiver Project technology risk analysis comprehensive evaluation model is established. Quantify the index weight by the method of fuzzy mathematics. Determine the probability of the technology risk. Through the establishment of the project risk evaluation index system, analytic hierarchy process performed various risk factors sort importance to the management of these factors; evaluate the overall risk of the system followed by the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in order to make project decisions.And then, analysis major structures of the Across the YellowRiver Project (Yellow River crossing tunnel, buried beach, south trunk, the lake gate) technical risk responses to risk. Arrangement of the structure and form of comparative selection risk, sources of risk and risk events to focus on the major structural analysis. The Yellow River crossing tunnel project is analyzed the risk of landslides and water gushing; The buried beach is analyzed beach slope excavation stability, uneven ground subsidence, excavation risk of seepage; The south trunk is analyzed leakage and seepage deformation, channel slope stability risk, and combined with Monte Carlo simulation channel slope reliability analysis, obtain the safety factor and failure probability of derived slope.Finally, brief analysis is done to the running, investment, bidding and contract risks of the Across the Yellow River Project. Develop appropriate management programs and measures. In the field of engineering risk measures, focuses on the application of engineering insurance through the Across the YellowRiver Project, and analyze insurance method of the project.
