In the context of the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the"Going Global" initiative,various domestic industries have gradually stepped out of the country,and insurance for enterprises has become the first choice for dealing with risks,this has provided a huge space for the development of the insurance industry.However,China's insurance industry has not joined the necessary link of "risk management"because of its late start and actual operation.On the one hand,it is at a disadvantage in the international market competition.On the other hand,it has not really solved the problem for enterprises.Industry service to foreign companies has put forward a severe test,so it is great significance to carry out insurance companies' risk management research on insurance projects.This article selects an overseas project:a hydropower station insurance project in Pakistan is the research object,which combined with project data and online public information,in response to the pain point of domestic insurance companies "have not yet formed a sound risk management system",adopting a scientific method for risk of insurance projects:risk identification,risk analysis and risk response.The Delphi method is used to systematically identify the risk factors of the project;based on the scientific method combining fuzzy Bayesian network and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation model is established by quantitative means,and the risk factors of the project are scientifically evaluated;The risk value and overall risk status of each risk factor obtained by the project,which combined with the characteristics of the project service of the insurance industry,put forward the special prevention and control of high-risk risks and the overall risk prevention and control strategy,and use Bayesian analysis method for risk monitoring.It aims to form a complete system of risk management in a scientific way.Through the research on the risk management of a hydropower station insurance project in Pakistan,this article can provide reference value for the risk management of overseas insurance projects,gradually improve and optimize the risk management of overseas engineering insurance projects,to help Chinese insurance companies improve their ability to cope with risks,and benefit insurance.The project and its projects are proceeding smoothly.
