Explore The Design Of Indemnificatory Housing Based On The Current Economic Situation In Our Country

As the development of China’s urbanization process,the housing needs of lower-middle class are getting more and more highlighted.Although the housing security system in our country ease this pressure from a certain extent,there are still a lot of problems in society,policy,economy and design during the solving process.Based on the summarization of the problems and solutions of indemnificatory housing construction in some foreign countries,combining with the construction of indemnificatory housing in our country,this paper makes analysis of the policy and design problems and details the points of the indoor and outdoor spaces.These will be reference and enlightenment for domestic construction of indemnificatory housing.Chapter one is the problem-posing part.In chapter one,the paper made a general description in the aspect of the background,the purpose and the method.Chapter two and three are the problem-analyzing parts.In chapter two,the paper analyzed the development of indemnificatory housing in foreign country and concluded the method that they used to cover the problems faced in the process,which can provided a reference for our design.In chapter three,the paper analyzed the development of indeminificatory housing in our country and concluded the problems we faced. At the same time analyzed the causes of these problems.Chapter four is the problem-solving part.In chapter four,the paper researched the design method of the indemnificatory housing based on the analysis of the value above.The paper gave a full analysis to design-principle.exterior decoration and interior decoration from the perspectives of the designer and prospected the future development trends.Chapter five is the application part.Combined with the chapter four’s results,the paper presented the design-process of the Ronghai Garden Housing Project in Shizong City to confirm the ideas summarized above.Finally,the paper summarized some design method of the indemnificatory housing,and hope that this study can improve the situation of indemnificatory housing design in our country and play a valuable role.
