The Study Of Green Indemnificatory Housing Design In Tangshan

With the rapid development of urbanization, high housing price results in one of the biggest social issues-- the housing problem. In order to solve this problem, the government proposes the policy of constructingindemnificatory housing in urban. With the construction of large quantities of affordable housing, building energy consumption gradually increased, affecting the sustainable development of society.Therefore, how to apply green building technology into designing and constructing indemnificatory housing has become an essential hot topic in China. This thesis will focus on analyzingspecial properties, development status, existing problems and influence factors of indemnificatory housing; studying theories and applications of green indemnificatory housing in both domestic and foreign. Then, based on the analysis of regional climate energy and national standard, it tends to make a preliminary examination on Tangshan indemnificatory housing from design requirement, design principle, design theory anddesign method.Furthermore,this thesis will take Majuqiao green indemnificatory housing, which has honored “Green building logo two stars level” project, in Tangshan as an example to analyze how to apply green building technology on indemnificatory housing. It tends to provide suggestions about constructing the green, ecological, environmental and energy-saving indemnificatoryhousing on a broad scale.
