The Research On Conservation Process And Implementation Evaluation Of The Historic Cultural Villages Of Jiaozhuanghu Beijing

Jiaozhuanghu village, Shunyi district of Beijing, is one of the top ten patriotism ducation base in our country, which has a long history and revolutionary culture. After named the Chinese famous historical and cultural village in2010, the contradictions between the protection and reuse have been increasing apparently. As a breakthrough point, based on the theory study of the famous historical and cultural village and urban planning implementation evaluation, the article used the Jiaozhuanghu village as the research project. By way of literature research, field visits project design, the historical development, village form, process of protection and the repair, evaluation of implementation of the Jiaozhuanghu village were described in detail. Comparising the protection and repair process to its implementation, tracking the implementation process of the protection planning, discussing the experience and lessons, we are attempting to find out some feasible solutions to the problems arising from the process of the planning and implementing in the historical and cultural village.The innovation of this article lies in: the first, generalizing the repair work on the Jiaozhuanghu village over a decade in chronological order, and summarizing the design results from several aspects of historical and cultural protection and economic development, social and environmental development; the second, applying the urban planning implementation evaluation theory to the protection of the famous historical and cultural village of Jiaozhuanghu, carrying on the preliminary research and exploration, making an evaluation and review by the protection of historic and cultural village planning and its implementation efficiency. Based on the historical research, literature research and practical course on the basis of review and reflection, summed up for government agencies, planning designers and village residents to participate in the group about the Suggestions to improve the protection effect of planning and implementation, to the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in future to provide certain information feedback and the significance.The main content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part-Problem Raising:refers to thesis chapter1,it is pointed out the purpose and meaning of the research, the research background and the core concepts, as well as relevant research situation at home and abroad, finally to form the full text research framework.The second part-Problem Analyzing:refers to thesis chapter2、3、4,chapter2introducesthe village history and characteristics, mainly from the Angle of historical culture and architectural culture to discuss the village characteristics and value; Chapter3summarizes the repair process of Jiaozhuanghu village for more than a decade that the content and objectives of the conservation plan was simple summarized; Chapter4from the several aspects such as historical and cultural protection and economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and public satisfaction on the protection of the Jiaozhuanghu village so far to discuss and score statistics, finally to conclude the final evaluation results.The third part-Problem Solving: refers to chapter5, combined with the content of chapter2,3,4, carrying on the thorough thinking and exploration on the protection repair process of the Jiaozhuanghu village to sum up the solutions and suggestions for future development.Finally is the conclusion, which is based on the above content, putting forward the main ideas and suggestion.
