Research On The Public Partcipation Evaluation In The Implementationof Conservation Planning For Foshan Songtang Historical And Cultural Village

The historical and cultural villages as a natural and farming culture inheritance,are an important part of historical and cultural heritage,need a common attention of the whole society and commitment.While most of the existing in the implementation of the conservation planning of historical and cultural villages have many problems.Protection and governance only stay on the views of the government and experts,in the process of implementation still is a top-down approach.In the concrete practice,we often see people don't understand and disregard for protection,the public participation is low.How to introduce public participation,Improving the efficiency and quality in the implementation of the conservation planning,this is worth our thinking.This paper,taking the public partcipation in the implementation of conservation planning for Foshan Songtang historical and cultural village as an example to study and think.it can be mainly divided into five parts,six chapters.The first has been clear about the research background and significance,interpret relevant concepts,determine the scope of the case study and develop research methods and framework(the first chapter).Second interpretation of historical and cultural protection of the village,urban planning implementation evaluation,planning implementation evaluation of protection for historical and cultural village,public participation in the relevant theories and research methods.Summed up the current protection of historic and cultural village planning implementation evaluation research direction and the status quo of public participation(the second chapter).Then to build the implementation of the planning for the protection of historical and cultural village public participation evaluation framework,and select the evaluation index,to provide research direction for the evaluation of public participation(the third chapter).Then I study the case-foshan Songtang historic and cultural village in field survey,data collection and questionnaire interview,analysis the characteristics and value,comb the protective process,and introduce the content of the conservation planning.And in accordance with the third chapter builds evaluation framework for the public to participate in the evaluation of Songtang village(the fourth,fifth chapters).At last,through case analysis,summarized the Songtang village public participation from participation mode,participation way,participation sense,participation protection.Put forward the problems existing in the implementation.To protect public participation in planning part of the feedback,and to present an opinion for public participation in the implementation of the conservation planning(the sixth chapter).
