The Study On The Space Design Of The Subway Stations In Beijing Under The Protection Of Historic Cities

Most cities throughout urban development both at home and abroad, adopts the subway construction of obvious advantages to solve city traffic problems. However, the subway in large-scale construction at the same time also brought some problems. As is known to all, Beijing is a national famous historical and cultural city, there are many cultural relics protection units and historic district in need of protection. The existence of these context formed the unique urban historic space, is the expression of personality charm of Beijing. However, because of the lack of overall planning, many aspects of the early subway construction such as line selections and the subway site design impact the historical space, make it fragmented and fragmentation, hinder the development of the city. How to protect the city personality and improve the traffic environment to support the modernization of the city effectively at the same time, is now the challenge of Beijing subway. However, challenges and opportunities are parallel, this study tries to research the different modes of subway space design to mend the broken city space, and achieve a win-win situation of subway construction and historical city protection.This paper consists of six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, introduces the research background, category, target and meaning, and determines the research method with a macro-micro approach. The second chapter is the part of basic theory, analysis the present situation of domestic and foreign research, emphatically introduces the necessity of subway space design based on historical city protection. The third chapter is the research part, through actual investigation and study, analysis the evolution history of Beijing subway line design and site space form, points out the problems in view of shortcomings of the present situation. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the main part of the paper, puts forward five kinds of subway space design patterns to solve the problem, and takes the actual project cases for validation. The sixth chapter summarizes the subway space design pattern of Beijing historical city protection, and puts forward some suggestions in order that five modes can be better applied to the future city subway.
