The Development Research Of Regional Sub-Center City In Urban Cluster Agglomeration

Economic globalization has turned the word into a large network where the cities were developing with cooperation and interdependence, urban functions appeared more meticulous. The development of large cities suffered a series of development issues in the process of rapid urbanization, urban cities require closer collaboration to achieve rapid economic growth. Relying on its own geographical and economic advantages, the regional sub-center city which conducts as a central city "tour" will undertake the historical mission in the new period of development, and this trend is increasingly evident.Firstly, this article summarized the theory of regional spatial structure and cities development in cluster, then analyzed the subject from the historical and disciplinary dimension, summarized the development experience, and proposed the development strategy of urban cluster agglomeration after the analysis of urban development stages and regional spatial structure.Secondly, this article constructed the development model research of regional sub-center city in urban cluster agglomeration. It dissertated and analyzed the symbiosis and embedded concept then carried the two concepts into the model construction. It constructed the development model named as "content structure&policy mechanisms" by taking the sub-center city as a tour of central city. The content structure contains the functional orientation, spatial structure, industrial system, ecological symbiosis and infrastructure construction. The policy mechanisms include regional coordination mechanism, changing the perspective of government, coordination the regional industries and coordinating infrastructure.Finally, by selecting Xinyang-Luoshan as an empirical research, it analyzed the regional development issues, and proposed the development strategies from content structure and policy mechanisms.
