| With the national economy rise abruptly in our country, China’s railway network has made great progress, especially the technology high speed railway project. The length of railway be in motion and do business had breaken through100,000kilometer before the end of2013.According to the adjusted " long-term railway network plan",it predicted that the length of railway in motion and do business railway will reach120,000kilometers or more in China to the end of2020. On the one hand, our country’s railway counstruction projects will remains growth in next years, railway counstruction projects can pull multiple industry chain; On the other hand, the company which are in responsible for the construction project almost less profit or loss,one of the most important reasons are extensive project management. Therefore, the research of management of railway counstruction projects has important practical value and theoretical significance.In this paper, project management theory as a guide, the high-speed railway passenger dedicated line from Shanghai to Kunming as the study, the main work is as follows:First, it described the research background and project sources.What’s more.it affirmed the scope, objectives and methods of the study and put forward that let the project life cycle as the project’s main line of implementation and management and provided a framework and main contents of the study based on the research and analyzing the domestic and international high-speed rail project management on the status quo.Secondly, review the relevant theories of project management to make the theoretical foundation for the following studies; affirmed the project objectives of Guizhou section in Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway passenger line and the main technical requirements; analyzed environmental projects; maked brief introduction to the company’s organizational structure and qualifications, etc,which are in responsible for the project, analyzed the typical cases of Mecca in Saudi rail project.Third, according to the principles of combining project management life cycle theory and practice, discusses the start of preparations of the study, including organization preparation, technical preparation, material preparation, construction site preparation, etc.During the planning period of the project is mainly divided the project scope of work, given the project work breakdown structure, schedule management plan, cost planning and quality management plan projects; in the implementation and monitoring period of the project describes the construction characteristics of the project, the progress and difficulties with the countermeasures of the project, cost, quality, implementation and monitoring; at the end of the project,the main task is the acceptance and evaluation of the project.Finally,combing the planning and implementation process of the project to explore and analyze the companies undertake construction projects, how to adequately prepare for the early, making a detailed work plan based on the actual situation of the project, coordinating the relationship between the company and customers,using the existing resources reasonable, planing the work scope, schedule, cost and quality and other factors as a whole in order to achieve the objectives of the project; and making a summary and outlook of the text. |
