| Prestressed concrete composite slab with corrugated steel webs is a new composite floor structure, it belongs to the category of precast prestressed ribbed composite slabs. Its prefabricated component is called PCCW slab, included:(1) Precast prestressed concrete slab;(2)The ribs are corrugated steel webs, which have Φ30@200preparative holes;(3) Reinforced concrete flanges.Compared with common composite slabs, the advantages of PCCW slab has been summarized. Detailedly introducting the basic principle of PCCW slab, the form, the specification design, the processing technology, and the improvement.In order to research the flexural behavior of PCCW slab under the construction, the bearing capacity, bending rigidity, crack resistance are theoretically analyzed firstly. And the design method is proposed.Eleven PCCW slabs with one type of span are studied to verify the deflection change under bending test, stain change, ultimate bearing capacity, failure mode etc. The test results verify the correctness of the mechanical model and the equation. ABAQUS finite element accurately simulate flexural behavior at elastic stage, but the plastic change can’t be simulated exactly.In order to study the advantages and disadvantages of PCCW slabs with different structure types and dimensions, through the parametric study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The thickness of the web has no significant effect on the ultimate bending moment, but thinner webs cause the overall instability, thicker webs waste steel, so1.5mm thickness web is adviced.(2)More thickness of flange can provide higher ultimate bending capacity and bending rigidity.(3)The prestressed concrete composite slab with straight steel webs’ flexure behavour is better than PCCW slab.(4)The holes on the webs can improve cracking load and deflection, but they have bad effect on the plastic stage.(5)Through the finite element simulation, the results show that new PCCW slab (the flange is steel plate,the width of flange is100mm, the thickness of flange is5mm) can also satisfy the requirements of bearing capacity in construction phase and can serve as stay-in place formwork. It also avoids the phenomenon that concrete uader the webs are sheared by webs and it also simplify the processing technology. |
