| Composite girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is a new type of composite structure,which has many advantages such as reasonable structural stress,less loss of prestress and light weight.Since it was proposed in the 1980 s,it has attracted wide attention.As the key components of the composite girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,shear connectors and encased concrete have an extremely important influence on the mechanical performance of the bridge.In recent years,the composite girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has a tendency to develop to a longer span.It is necessary to conduct further research on the key components of the bridge.In this paper,Angle steel connector and encased concrete are taken as the research objects,and the shear performance of them is analyzed by using test and finite element numerical simulation method.The main work is as follows:(1)Push-out specimens is the design and construction of three groups of Angle steel fittings,the push-out test was used to set a closed stirrups and not set closed stirrup of Angle steel fittings,comparing the shear performance according to the test results to map the load-slip Angle steel connector fitting curve,and the destruction of all kinds of Angle steel connector fitting form and the shear stiffness were analyzed,and finally to the existing specification Angle steel connector fitting the bearing capacity calculation formula of the inspection.(2)The finite element software MIDAS FEA was used to carry out nonlinear numerical simulation analysis of Angle steel connectors,and the numerical simulation results were compared with the results of the push-out test to verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation model.Then the parameters of the connectors were changed and orthogonal tests were designed.The calculation formula of the ultimate bearing capacity of the Angle steel connectors with or without the closed stirrups was obtained by using the numerical simulation results.The relationship between the distance between the closed stirrups and the bearing capacity of the Angle steel connectors was studied.(3)A new type of encased concrete structure is proposed,and its shear performance is compared with that of traditional encased concrete by using numerical simulation model.Then,the structural parameters of encased concrete crack are studied and corresponding setting suggestions are put forward. |
