The cutterhead plays an important role in the design of the tunnel boring machine,which is also one of the essential parameters determining the efficiency of the tunnelboring machine. Therefore, the micro shield cutterhead for the performance of the systemanalysis and design is the guarantee of shield in the process of construction of key tomaintain stability of the excavation face. According to the geomorphic characteristics ofthe Beijing district, this paper focus on miniature cutter opening ratio selection, the layoutof the cutting tool, cutting wheel force and the knife dish optimization was studiedsystematically, in order to get some theory of miniature cutter design, to provide reliabletheoretical basis for design.The first chapter mainly discusses the earth pressure balance shield machine andcutterhead type, analyzed the micro earth pressure balance shield machine cutterheadstructure formation adaptability and cutterhead load research and application at home andabroad.The second chapter firstly introduces the opening rate selection requirements andprinciples, focus on the displacement rate and the relationship between the aperture ratio,according to the geomorphic characteristics of the Beijing area, this paper discusses theopening rate selection method.The third chapter first analyzes the tool of choice in the sandy gravel strata, in view ofthe earth pressure balance shield machine, based on the principles of tool wear such as life,study tool to decorate a method on the cutter disc, and apply the method to verify the northheavy industries of shield machine laboratory miniature cutter disc cutter layout is reasonable.The fourth chapter in fully understand the knife dish first interaction with the soil, onthe basis of analysis of the influencing factors of cutting wheel load, and studies therelationship between the cutter and working face; Improved by the NHI of shield machinelaboratory cutter as analysis object, using the finite element analysis software ANSYSfinite element calculation model is established, and the strength and stiffness analysis ofthe knife dish, by knife plate stress and strain contours to determine whether the knife dishdangerous working conditions, and accordingly put forward the corresponding measures.The fifth chapter for the knife dish under the working condition of maximum stressconcentration and the knife dish lightweight problem, using the structure optimizationdesign by parametric design language APDL parameters optimization command stream file,the maximum stress in the knife dish weight as the objective function of optimization ofthe structure of cutter design model, using the ANSYS software to provide zero orderoptimization algorithms for optimization model for optimization is put forward.
