In recent years,the shield construction method has become the main method of tunnel construction due to its safety and efficiency.Shield cutterhead is the key component of shield tunneling,which plays an important role in excavation,stabilization and mixing.The design quality of the cutter head determines the efficiency,safety and economy of the shield tunneling.At present,there are some problems in cutterhead design,such as low design efficiency,the quality of design is too dependent on the design level and experience of the designer to be reliably guaranteed,repeated cutter head design schemes in similar geological conditions,design experience cannot be effectively accumulated and used for reference.Therefore,carry out research on the parametric design system of shield cutterhead.The widely used composite shield cutterhead has been choosen as the research object in this thesis.Analyze the structural characteristics of the composite shield cutterhead and establish the cutterhead BOM.Based on the cutter head BOM,supported by the My SQL database,the cutter head design knowledge base and cutter head design parameter database are established to realize the digital expression of the three-dimensional design scheme of the composite shield cutterhead.Combining modular thinking and cutterhead design knowledge,the structure parameters of the composite shield cutterhead are extracted,and the parameterized design template of the compound shield cutterhead is established at the parameter level,and the cutterhead structure is parameterized based on the dimension driven method.Analyze the tool trajectory diagram,summarize the tool arrangement guidelines of the cutter head,establish an automatic tool configuration algorithm,and finally realize automatic tool configuration with the support of the tool library.Based on the parametric design model of the composite shield cutterhead,the program uses automatic compression and decompression feature technology to realize the automatic establishment of the cutterhead finite element analysis model.Based on the secondary development technology of Solid Works Simulation,the mechanical analysis of the cutter head is programmed to realize the automate mechanical analysis and integration of design and analysis.Finally,based on the Solid Works 2014 and Visual Studio 2013,combined with My SQL database,the integration and implementation of the parametric design system for the composite shield cutterhead is completed.The experimental system developed can automatically complete the establishment of three-dimensional model,program evaluation and engineering drawing output,and ultimately produce a reasonable cutter head scheme.The system can effectively improve the design efficiency and design quality of the composite shield cutterhead,it can manage the cutterhead design examples effectively,and realize the accumulation and transfer of cutterhead design experience.the research has certain engineering application value.In addition,the research work has reference value for the design of the parametric system of complex products.
