| Thermoacoustic power generation technology, as a new type of renewable energytechnology, is getting more and more attention and researches. Among them,thermoacoustic engine as power source, has become the key of the research. However, atpresent, the researches on thermoacoustic engine are mostly limited to experimental tests.Due to many disciplines are involved, it is difficult to get the accurate mathematical model.So there are bottlenecks in the research on thermoacoustic engine, and it also impedes theresearch on thermoacoustic power generation system. There are many key problemsremain solving, including thermoacoustic engine and the problem of efficient mechanismbetween linear generators used for electronic. This problem has a lot to do with uniqueoutput nature of thermoacoustic engine. Therefore, in order to further the study, we need todo a large number matching tests, and then we can get the best effect of thermoacousticpower generation system. At this moment, it needs to adjust the structure and parameters ofeach part constantly, even to change the different types of thermacoustic engine. There isno doubt to increase the cost. So it does not accord with the actual situation of in-depthstudy on thermoacoustic power generation system. In order to solve this problem, thispaper designs a power plant which is used on simulating thermoacoustic engine outputcharacteristics. And it also designs the appropriate control method which is needed bysimulation experiment. Both two will provide support for further research.First of all, an approximate mathematical relationship expression of thermoacousticpower generation system is established, and then the expressions of output sound power,output electrical power and overall efficiency is got. Find out the output parameters ofthermoacoustic engine which influences these indexes. And then analysis and research thethermoacoustic engine output characteristics which relates to these parameters.The next, analyse the feasibility of linear servo motor which is used in the simulationdevice and chose the dynamic type without core type permanent magnet linear servo motorcontrol which meets the requirements best. In order to meet the needs of audio echo andhigh precision, direct thrust control chose strategy and improve it. And I also design relevant position and speed controller. At the same time, through summarizingthermoacoustic engine output characteristics, the control point adjustment of positioncontrol system is designed.At last, the paper design and set up linear sevo simulation system test platform, andservo control system which is based on DSP. And carry out experiments on systemperformance and output characteristics simulation. Then verify the feasibility of controlsystem and improved direct thrust control. It also verifies that the designed simulationsystem can simulate output characteristics of thermoacoustic engine. |
