With the rapid growth of Public building area and the improved high requirements on building thermal comfort,the total energy consumption and strength of public buildings continues to increase.Due to the high energy consumption and large differences of public buildings,there is greater potential on energy saving.Therefore,this paper focuses on the current energy consumption and energy-saving potential of public buildings,and controls the level of energy consumption.First of all,taking the public office buildings in Qingdao City as research object,this paper discusses the current operational situation of the existing office buildings and analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of buildings and the overall energy consumption level.The data shows that there are obvious energy consumption differences between the office buildings,as a result,it has greater energy saving potential.Two typical office buildings were selected to analyze the operation status of air conditioning system,lighting socket system and other energy systems in the building,and compare the energy consumption levels of the two buildings.By analyzing the problems in the operation of the air-conditioning system,such as the temperature difference between the chilled water and the outlet water,the chiller COP and the chilled water transportation coefficient,the results show that there is some problems such as large flow of small temperature,low-load operation of chillers,equipment selection is too large,low chilled water transport coefficient.Finally,by using the building energy consumption simulation software DeST-c,a building model is built to simulated all year energy consumption and compared with the measured data to further explore the energy saving potential of building from the aspects of air conditioning system and lighting system.The simulation is mainly on the energy consumption by setting different wall insulation thickness,the type of window,indoor air conditioning set temperature,chiller capacity,configuration options,freezing pump frequency setting,lighting power density of the annual energy consumption.The results show that 50 mm increase on the external wall insulation and the use of low solar thermal coefficient of glass type,the appropriate increase in the summer indoor air conditioning set temperature,a reasonable choice of chiller capacity and number of configuration options,the lighting power density reduction can effectively reduce the building energy consumption,which can provide references for other similar buildings.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the energy consumption level and energy-saving potential of typical office buildings,and propose appropriate energy-saving measures to provide some theoretical basis for energy-saving renovation of office buildings in Qingdao.
