The Evaluation And Study Of Design For Repaving And Renewal Of Existing Cement Concrete Pavement On The Expressway In GuangXi

Quite a few of existing cement concrete pavements of our country have been damaged in various degree or their use quality has dropped because the volume of traffic increases severely, automobile axle weighing becomes heavy-duty day by day or other reasons, such as design and construction. The damage of some cement concrete pavements has great influenced the comfortableness of driving, made the speed difficult improved and the traffic capacity dropped, So it has very important theoretical and realistic significance for studying repaying and renewal of existing cement concrete pavements of expressway that the overall and careful evaluation and analysis to existing cement concrete pavements are carried on and the research of technology for repaying and renewal of existing pavements is made on such basis.After the assessment of the old cement concrete and through the study such as pavement condition survey and evaluation of carrying capacity, and certain highway rehabilitation is studied in this paper. Using FWD carries on the examination to this road section bearing capacity, obtain the intensity parameter of the spreads the level, and has analyzed each kind of road surface breakage phenomenon primary cause, and proposed to the old cement tong board punishment measure.It is key content of the whole renewal work that the asphalt overlay structure design of the existing cement concrete pavements. Discussed each kind of design method characteristic of asphalt surface,and from the contras road section design proposal choose the suitable design.The paper discusses various design methods of asphalt overlay structure according to the characteristics of research pavement’s situation, put forward various treatment measures and construction craft that can defer the creation and develop of refecting crack, which include the application of new materials of geotextile and glass fiber geogrid and the crushing plate punishment measure and etc. The quality control of construction repaying and renewal is the key part for a successful renewal. Finally, the measure of quality control of construction repaying and renewal is put forward.
