The cutting propagation technology and rooting mechanism of1a seedings were observedand investigated when hardwood cutting,3a seedings were observed when softwood cutting.The main conclusions were as follow:(1) The study of cutting propagation technologyThe test results of hardwood cutting:In different concentrations of indole butyric acid(IBA),the best rooting rate for cutting treated by IBA with1500mg·kg-1reached to50%. The rootingquality for cutting treated by IBA with500mg·kg-1is better than the others, Which averagenumber of roots was9.4for each cutting, average length of roots was8.52cm, average diameterof roots was0.24cm. In different cutting roughness, cuttings with the roughness between1.0-1.2cm has the best results in every index, the rooting rate reached to48.89%, the averagenumber, the average length and the average diameter of roots was reached to10.6,7.26cm and0.26cm.The test results of softwood cutting:In different concentrations of indole butyric acid(IBA),the best rooting rate for cutting treated by IBA with1000mg·kg-1reached to28.67%,500mg·kg-1treatment and1500mg·kg-1treatment softwood cutting rooting rate spikes were23.33%and24.67%, no significant differences between the three. With different leavesprocessing, do not leave leaf rooting rate reach to the highest of28.67%, a whole leaf treatmenteffect of rooting the highest, adventitious root number, length of adventitious roots, adventitiousroot crude reached11.8,6.23cm,0.22cm.The research display: The rooting rate of hardwood cutting is better than that of softwoodcutting, water status matrix is the main factor of softwood cuttings rooting, the high temperatureand high humidity in summer can easily cause rot on cuttings base and dehydration on leaf.Most rootings are found in, cuttings that unable to form callus are always can not take root.(2) The study of rooting mechanismThe test results of the nutrient content in the phioem display: the exogenous auxinpromotes the nutritive material in cuttings of transfer to the base, accelerate the metabolism ofcuttings, helpful for rooting. IBA could make the changes of soluble sugar, starch, solubleprotein, total nitrogen and total phosphorus increased. While the C/N ratio of the size ofZelkova schneideriana rooting rate no indication function. The determination results of enzyme activity of phloem showed: vanation of POD, PPO,IAAO activity showed a single peak curve first increased and then decreased, exogenous IBAtreatment effect of Zelkova schneideriana cuttings POD, PPO activity was not significant, butcan efficiently reduce the cuttings in IAAO activity in the cutting period, promote theelongation of adventitious rootsThe test results of SOD activity and MDA content in phloem display: SOD activity of earchanges along with the content of MDA, MDA was the "up-down-up" trend, while SOD wasthe "down-up-down-up" trend.
