Soil nematodes were small animals which were soil health evaluation of biological indicators。The previous site soil health index of alfalfa were mainly focused on the soil organic matter, organic carbon, soil physical and chemical properties, soil microorganisms and other aspects, but lacking of alfalfa grassland soil small animal-soil nematode community studies. In the Inner Mongolia HeLin county, we studied on the alfalfa, alfalfa and Brome row sowing and alfalfa and Brome mixed sowing (leisure as control) planting model of soil nematode community species composition, quantity of nematode, trophic groups, dominant genera, nematodes ecological characteristics index, obtained the following results:Different planting modes of alfalfa nematodes were separated into23genera, had groups of rnematode, Bursaphelenchus, Tylenchus, Pratylenchus, Malenchu, Rotylenchus, Helicotylenchu, Tylenchorhynchus, Aglenchus, Aphelenchus, Paraphelenchidae, Aphelenchoides, Rhabditis, Diplogaster, Aporelaimus, Monhysterida, Alaimus, Longidorus, Xiphidorus, Longidoroides, Trichodorus.Paratrichodorus, Monotrichodoru and Mononchus.Planting mode changed the dominant genera types:leisure advantages belong to the Malenchu and Rhabditis, unicast alfalfa dominant genera were the Malenchu, Rhabditis, Aphelenchus and Pratylenchus; alfalfa and Brome peer mixed sowing had the advantages of Malenchu, Rhabditis, Aphelenchus, Pratylenchus and Aporelaimus. Alfalfa and Brome row sowing had the dominant genera Malenchu, Rhabditis, Aphelenchus, Pratylenchus and Aporelaimus.Planting alfalfa increased the total number of soil nematodes:row of mixed sowing3746/100g dry soil> peer mixed sowing3179/100g dry soil> unicast alfalfa3100/100g dry soil>fallow land2836/100g dry soil; alfalfa and Brome mixed sowing reduced the number of plant parasitic nematodes but increased the omnivorous predator nematode, fungal-feeding nematodes number.Planting patterns effected the soil nematodes ecological characteristics, alfalfa and Brome row and peer mixture planting made the F/B, WI, MF/B, MI, MI, SI, x, El index increased, while PPI, SR index decreased and under different planting patterns the index among F/B, WI, MF/B, MI index, lambda, MI, SI, EI, PPI, SR had significant differences (P<0.05).
