| Dendrobium symbiotic mycorrhzae refers to mycorrhizal associations in the Dendrobium roots cell. Between harmful, beneficial or neutral fungus and roots occurred coevolution around the Dendrobium base area. Plant has an adaptive mechanism against the fungal infection, and forms mycorrhizal associations to adapt to the complex ecological environment changes. In the long-term of direct and indirect contact, fungus infected and colonized in Dendrobium roots has built a mutually beneficial relationship. The specific functional structures formed in the root of Dendrobium nobile promote the plant growth and development, and improve Dendrobium reproduction rate. Plants make physiological reactions corresponding to fungal signal transmission, thus causing Dendrobium nobile medicinal ingredients and quantity accumulation changes. Therefore, study on Dendrobium symbiotic mycorrhzae using proteomics technology may have great potential development and application value.Mycena dendrobii and Dendrobium nobile Lindl are used as symbiotic materials, which have been proved can be symbiotic together. The root of Dendrobium nobile Lindl were collected after5different time points of symbiosis.81genes from the previously reported are screened and detected by RT-qPCR. They can be divided into: carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism, stress resistance, signal transduction etc. The result shows that16genes were up-regulated,8genes had no significant change,57genes were down-regulated. The transcriptome analysis with Dendrobium nobile through mycorrhizal symbiotic system, finding genes promoted the orchid growth, as well as the research of symbiotic adaptive mechanism, wil be theoretically and practically benefit for the better protection and utilization of Orchidaceae resources. |
