Sample the skin on the sides of the embryos of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats between Ed70-150and lambs of one month, by means of paraffin section and HE staining, the structure of wool follicle group and morphogenesis rules of secondary wool follicles of from it were studied. By IHC staining, related protein expression rules during morphogenesis of secondary wool follicles of cashmere goats and after birth were studied, the results were:1.Morphogenesis of secondary wool follicles (S0) of cashmere goats started in the epidermis around Ed75, which was located in the acute-angle side of the primary wool follicles. Derivative secondary wool follicles (SD) continued morphogenesis after birth in two ways, eventually forming the secondary wool follicles clumps to the wool follicles group.2. Morphogenesis of secondary wool follicles (S0) of the Inner Mongolia cashmere goats could be divided into nine periods:pre-placode stage, hair-placode stage, hair-germ stage, stage1-2of hair-peg and stage1-4of wool follicles3. Primary wool follicle of wool follicle group of typical ternary structure were with uniform diameter before morphogenesis of the secondary wool follicles. Later, as the number of secondary wool follicles increased, the smaller the diameters were, because the structure of wool follicle group was restricted by space.4. β-catenin had strong expression in epidermal basement nucleus and mesenchymal nucleus during the pre-placode stage; and the expression of β-catenin were gradually weakened in epidermal basement nucleus and mesenchymal nucleus from hair-germ stage to hair-peg stage, but had strong expression in dermalroot sheath and dermal papilla cell.5. In the morphogenesis of wool follicle, PCNA both in mesenchymal and epidermal cells had adaptive expression with the stages of the morphogenesis of wool follicles.The research revealed the periods of morphogenesis of secondary wool follicles of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats, ways of morphogenesis and related protein expression rules in the process of morphogenesis, to provide valuable clues and the study of the secondary wool follicles development of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats and selection of nice breeding varieties to increase the quantity and quality of the cashmere.
