Insect antennal sensory organ is to regulate external stimulus and internal organ ofcentral nervous system, and the feeling of chemical communications, mainly carry on thefunction of the smell and touch, let the insects recept the stimulate and regulate behaviorunder different environment at the same time. It is important for the behavior choice. Theseinsects currently account for about1600species all over the world, all around the world, belonging to58genera, especially in tropical regions of Asia and the largest number of centraland South America. In these areas, only Callosobruchus chinensis and Callosobruchusquadrimaculatus reported, a large number of these antenna sensor type is unknown. The studyof Bruchuidae provide a scientific basis for the classification, import and export inspectionand quarantine. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technology to research the importof10species of insect antennal receptor types, quantity and distribution. It provide the basisfor the behavior of the import division and classification.Research including10storage insect pests:Callosobruchus: Callosobruchus chinensis; Callosobruchus phaseoli; Callosobruchus analisAcanthoscelides: Acanthoscelides obtectus; Acanthoscelides pallidipennisBruchus: Bruchus rufimanus; Bruchus pisorumZabrotes: Zabrotes subfasciatusBruchidius: Bruchidius terrenusSpermophagus: Spermophagus sericeusThe experimental results show that:(1)7class15types of antenna sensor. Main receptor types are:Sensilla trichoid, ST1-2; Sensilla chaetica, SC1-3; Sensilla basiconic,SB1-6; sensillaauricillica,SA; Sensilla cavity,SCa; B hm bristles,BB; sensillagemmiformium,SG.(2)Between its different genera and species, it is different between different types ofantenna sensor type, quantity and distribution laws. On the sensor type,There are10senseorgan belonged to the Bruchus rufimanus and Bruchus pisorum; In Acanthoscelides, there are7kinds of import sensillum of Acanthoscelides obtectus, but8in Acanthoscelidespallidipennis; Callosobruchus contains13kinds of sense organ; There are12kinds of senseorgan in Callosobruchus phaseoli; Of import in Zabrotes subfasciatus, there are eight kinds ofsense organ; At the Bruchidius terrenus of these, there are9kinds of sense organ; Found inSpermophagus sericeus, are9kinds of sense organ too.(3)On different types of receptor inspects, Sensilla chaetica1, SC1and Sensilla trichoid2,ST2are more than others. SC1is most abundant in Callosobruchus chinensis;Callosobruchus phaseoli;Callosobruchus analis;Zabrotes subfasciatus. ST2is most abundant inAcanthoscelides pallidipennis;Bruchus rufimanus;Bruchus pisorum;Bruchidius terrenus andSpermophagus sericeus.(4)On the distribution of the receptor, B hm has distribution in antenna scape and pedicelsection, and all clusters exist; SC1distribution in each section, an SC2in the flagella; Sensillabasiconic; sensilla auricillica; Sensilla cavity in each subsegment flagella, sensillagemmiformium exists only in the last section.
