Red jujube is an important part of Xinjiang red-industry, the planting area and production of whichyield increase year by year. Jujube tree pruning is a very important work, By controlling the number,lengthand opening of branches to improve lighting conditions, increase leaf area index and plant efficiency forsolar energy utilization, thus in order to improve the red jujube production and quality. However, no studyabout red jujube pruning knives at home and abroad, that is which leading to the current red jujube clipmainly rely on manual.Therefore, in order to improve the quality of jujube pruning, working efficiency,reduce the working intensity, it is imperative to do some research on jujube branch pruning device thatapplicable to dwarf close planting jujube.In the first place of this paper, it introduced the jujube trim requirements and existing pruning devices,and then stated the electric pruning shears that we designed by investigating, analyzing experimental resultsand doing theoretical research, which is suitable for the dwarf dense planting jujube. This topic mainlyconducted the following study, and they have the relevant conclusions.1. The study measured the dwarf dense planting jujube tree pruning branches on the mechanicalproperties.(1) using universal testing machine for different diameter range of red jujube branches cuttingexperiment, and concludes that Chinese jujube branches shearing stress and the diameter of the branchestype growth of a quadratic function relation; In phase pruning branches in3~8mm diameter of thecollateral required shear stress intensity between215~927N (2) using universal testing machine fordifferent diameter range of red jujube branches horizontal grain compression experiment, and drawbranches of pressure decreases with the increase of the diameter of the largest; In phase pruning branches in6~8mm diameter of lateral branch tissue destruction strength within21~40MPa.2. The design of the knife(1) Through analysis of the mechanism of the cut, the knife calculatedoptimal slip angle cut between350to550, is derived and established such sliding cut edge curve formula.(2)Using Matlab, Auto-CAD, Solidworks software such cooperation on the complex inter-blade curve isdrawn and three-dimensional modeling, the method to solve the equations in the three-dimensional shape ofthe curve is difficult to draw complex problems.(3) Using Matlab, Auto-CAD, Solidworks software suchcooperation on the complex inter-blade curve is drawn and three-dimensional modeling, the method tosolve the equations in the three-dimensional shape of the curve is difficult to draw complex problems.3. In order to improve the reliability of the use scissors to do research in the following areas:(1) on theknife finite element static analysis to determine the knife during the operation of the stress concentration,fatigue failure site;(2) for all kinds of tool materials were analyzed and compared to select the mostsuitable material;(3) study the mechanical wear, corrosion mechanism and coping, as scissorsmanufacturing to provide a reference.The design methods used in this article will provide technical reference to other trim tool design, butthis right tool changer the transmission mechanism and other aspects of the research will also give otherpruning equipment development and design to Provide theoretical and technical support...
