Xinjiang is one of the largest fruit industry bases in China and get rapid development in recent years.Xinjiang region, especially in southern Xinjiang area’s unique illumination, temperature and humidity,provides excellent climatic conditions for red jujube growth. such as Live percent, the cultivation mode of planting technology and dwarf in large-scale application through all the part of Xinjiang, makeing the red jujube planting scale, yield and economic benefits increase, but also increased the chance of pests concentrated outbreak. Currently chemical drug prevention and control with the characteristics of high efficiency, easy to operation, is still the main means of jujube orchard comprehensive prevention and control plant diseases and insect pests. But existing devices in the prevention and control of operation using the spray equipment is applies to both cotton and jujube universal spray equipment, spray carried by hand lever operation, larger labor intensity, frequent safety accidents and other problems. Therefore, the development of a dwarf in Xinjiang dense planting jujube special spray machine spray operations, to improve the level of the Xinjiang red jujube plant protection mechanization, improve disease and insect control effect and promote the development of jujube planting has realistic significance.In this paper, through the investigation of planting dwarf jujube orchard planting patterns and the existing spray equipment usage, through on-the-spot investigation concluded that dwarf dense planting jujube trees spaced planting mode from 1m to 2.5m, jujube planting distance from 0.7m to 0.8m, jujube high 2m. For southern Xinjiang dwarfed close planting jujube planting patterns designed by electric tricycle carrying platform of simple wind send type sprayer, through field trials with droplet adhesion rate and droplet deposition as an index to verify the performance of the prototype design requirements to achieve spray effect.By using the theory of fluid mechanics analysis the calculation and physical model of droplets in the wind field, using Flunet fluid simulation software for the wind to send copy of spray flow field simulation,the simulation calculation under different air flow speed and spray pressure spray cloud droplets, ultimately determine the best spray wind speed for 10 m/s, the pressure of 2.0 MPa. And pressure and wind speed is obtained by the simulation results of the effect on each layer of droplets is better than the lower, central lower part is superior to the top.In droplet adhesion rate, the amount of droplet deposition and droplet uniformity of evaluation as the evaluation index, through the sprayer performance test results, the effect of the spray sprayer reach design requirements, and determine the optimal spray pressure is 2.0MPa, the best wind to send wind speed is 10m/s, and the attachment rate of foliage 68.3%, dorsal 49.2%.
