The pattern of dwarf and close planting has become the trend of the xinjiang red jujubeplanting patterns, the planting area is expanding year by year, mainly rely on manual harvest,labor intensity, low productivity and labor shortage, high labor costs, and harvest not timelywill cause the decress of jujube quality. To relieve the problem of strain on the growingseason of labor and the labor cost higher, this paper based on field investigation, theoreticalanalysis and the material properties of red jujube research,designed picking parts of dwarf andclose planting jujube harvest device, structure was analyzed by Adams simulation software,and studied dwarf and close planting jujube harvest device picking parts combineexperimental research.based on field investigation, Combined with research status of fruit harvest machinery athome and abroad,designed the dwarf and close planting jujube harvest device picking parts,conducted theoretical analysis on eccentric mechanism of harvest components, throughSolidworks software established virtual prototype, structure was analyzed by Adamssimulation software, verify the rationality of picking paets.mechanical and physical properties of dwarf and close planting red jujube wasstudied,obtained moisture content of Junzao was about45%during ripping stage, moisturecontent of huizao was about40%; pull-off force of Junzao was about6N, pull-off force ofHuizao was about3N; hardness of Junzao was about4.5×105Pa, hardness of Huizao wasabout5.3×105Pa, provide reference for the design of operating parameters of picking parts andprovide experimental conditions for experimental research of picking parts.On the basis of theoretical research, manufacturing picking parts of dwarf and closeplanting jujube harvest device, and carried on preliminary experiments, use the net rate as theresponse of the indicators, determine the main influence factors affect the harvest are:amplitude512mm, frequency values:1218hz, vibration time:825s; test resultanalysis was conducted by using Design expert8.0.6Design software, set up the regressionequation of net rate:y1=28.48+1.94x1+5.15x2+1.25x3-0.04x2x3-0.08x12-0.12x22-0.01x32...
