Harvest work is an important link of red jujube production process, mainly rely on manual harvest,labor intensity, production efficiency is low, harvest mechanization of red jujube has become inevitabletrend of the development of jujube industry. excitation device is the key part of self-propelled dwarf andclose planting jujube harvester. In this paper, through the method of theoretical analysis and experimentalresearch, first of all, the study of mechanism of red jujube harvest pick; Second, the design of excitationdevice and kinematic analysis and simulation; Finally, the performance is measured by field experiment.themain research contents include the following aspects.(1) Mechanization of picking mechanism of red jujube.Through the research of planting patterns ofdwarf and close planting red jujub, provide basis for the determination of the structure parameters ofexcitation device; experimental study on the mechanical damage characteristics of red jujube, the resultsshowed that in test scope the jun jujube rupture force is147.5~239.5N, modulus of elasticity is1.6~5.9×105pa, gray jujube rupture force is128.5~297N, modulus of elasticity is1.5~5.0×105pa;mechanization of red jujube picking were analyzed, and the vibration displacement, velocity andacceleration of branch are derived, and the vibration inertia force of red jujube fruit drops. Rod is designedto meet the conditions of the inertial force is bigger than peduncle tensile force and smaller than ruptureforce.(2) The design of excitation device. Based on planting patterns of dwarf and close planting red jujub,the whole structure, technical parameters of self-propelled dwarf and close planting jujube harvester weredetermined. the excitation device was designed, mainly composed of frame, rod roller, hydraulic system.Excitation device adopt hydraulic oscillating motor, through hydraulic oscillation motor achieve thereciprocating movement of the excitation device.(3) Kinematic analysis and simulation of the rod roller. kinematic analysis was carried out on the rodroller, obtained the rod in the process of a movement, positive movement speed0.47m/s, acceleration14.5m/s2, reverse movement speed0.53m/s, acceleration12.5m/s2. The disc assembly and movement at thesame time the inertial force is109N and94N. The value is greater than the peduncle tensile force andsmaller than the rupture force, the design of rod roller is reasonable.Dial rod roller virtual model wasestablished based on solidworks, the kinematic process of rod roller was simulated by Adams software, gotcurve of velocity and acceleration.(4) Experimental research of the excitation device. Mega Speed MS70K type high-speed cameras wasused to film the movement process of rod roller, Blaster Mas’ s software was used to analyze the test video,validate the results of the simulation, the results show that test results and simulation results are in goodfitting. conduct the field test of the excitation device, identified each performance index of the engine in thelate period of environment. Experimental results show that the net rate93.8%、impurity rate2.8%, reachedthe design index, meet the agronomic requirements. Using the machine operation, can greatly improveproductivity, reduce labor intensity and improve the quality of the red jujube.
