China is a large and consuming countries for the production of food and cash crops,Xinjiang is also the country’s largest economic crop yields provinces (such as: tomatoes,cotton, sugar beet, licorice, flowers, etc.), the main climate factor restricting Xinjiangeconomic crops yield is annual and seasonal heat resource is not stable, so that increasingtemperature can improve yield, and can be planted in the late frost, to avoid frost, wind,insects, drought and other natural disasters. But these economic crop, usually need to seedlingtransplanting to agronomic process, is a labor intensive production, the production processmainly to manual operation has large labor intensity, low production efficiency, difficult toachieve large-scale work development defects, serious constraints of seedling transplantingtechnology. Therefore, to realize the mechanization and automation of seedling croptransplanting becomes a problem of agricultural production in China is urgent needs to solve,overcome the shortcomings of manual transplanting, is of great significance to liberate theworkforce, improve the quality and efficiency of transplanting.This topic by reviewing the relevant literature, in view of Xinjiang’s unique naturalenvironment, design a transplanting machine suitable for Xinjiang tomato seedlingtransplanting, this paper uses the conveyor belt type transplanting mechanism. Firstly,kinematics analysis was carried out on the tomato seedling conveying belt type transplantingmechanism of mechanism, to establish the mathematical model of tomato seedling plantingmechanism of belt conveyer. Secondly, using SolidWorks to establish three-dimensionalsolid model, to create the component connection, finite element analysis and the key parts ofvirtual simulation. Finally, the motion trajectory and comparison of the key point and theestablished mathematical model, the seedling conveying belt planting mechanism andimprovement of parameter optimization. Through the transportation design of transplantingmechanism type transplanter of seedlings, planting mechanism design for Xinjiang seedlingtransplanting, which has stable and reliable motion, seedling seedling fetching movement anddropping movement, ensure seedling transplanting quality and working efficiency, realize themechanization of higher and automation.Design of transplanting mechanism type transplanter seedling conveying Xinjiang tray,can lay a theoretical foundation for the development of Xinjiang seedlings transplantingmachine, it has laid the theoretical foundation for the realization of transplanting machinewith high automation and mechanization, for subsequent Xinjiang transplanting machineproduction laid the foundation. To solve the transplanting is done by manual, labor strength is great, not only time-consuming, and cannot be a large area in a short period of time oftransplanting seedlings of crops, easy to miss the best growth cycle, at the same time, it isdifficult to guarantee the disadvantages of Manual Transplanting planting spacing, rowspacing and the depth of the groove is uniform. For the realization of large-scale production,improve production efficiency, promote the development of economic crops in Xinjiang, toimprove Xinjiang’s economic development and social benefits are far-reaching influence.
