Transplanting mechanism is the core component of high-speed rice transplanter.At present,transplanting mechanism of design high-speed transplanter offen use eccentric circle gear or elliptic gear as transmission component.The work efficiency,quality and reliability of high-speed transplanter are improved obviously compared with the traditional transplanting mechanism.High-speed transplanting mechanism is a focus in the study of rice seedling planter.This paper focuses on the project of school-enterprise cooperation "the technology development of 2ZG-6 high speed ride rice seeding planter”,in the investigation of a large number of relevant literature and research,and research the transplanting mechanism with elliptic movement theory and key technology.In this paper,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the development condition of rice seedling planter at home and abroad in recent years,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the mechanization of rice-planting and the development of rice seedling planter.ompared traditional mechanism with high-speed transplanting mechanism of their structure characteristics and advantages and disadvantages,and points out the development trend of high-speed transplanting mechanism.(2)Analysis the transmission characteristics of elliptical gears on the kinematics and dynamics.According to the theory of elliptic gear's pitch curve,analyses the design method of elliptic gears and checked the ellipse parameters,which can provide the theroy support for the follow-up design of elliptic gears.(3)Design various parts of transplanting mechanism according to the work requirements.In order to solve the problem of elliptic gear will not be able to use CAD software to establish the model directly,and using CAXA combined with Pro/E to complete the 3D model of elliptic gear,and complete the mechanism of the general assembly,in preparation for the virtual prototype simulation.(4)Import the 3D model of transplanting mechanism to the ADAMS for simulation kinematics and dynamics,and through the simulation results data curve to analysis the working performanc.(5)Research on the spline coupling in the clutch,and analyses the factors which can influence the clutch to achieve accurate fast separation and combination,comparison and analysis the different pressure angle of spline coupling to verify the pressure Angle effect on the performance of the clutch.
