Green onion has always been China's traditional advantage and characteristic industry.It is one of the indispensable condiments in the kitchen.It is also one of China's characteristic economic crops.The annual production area of green onions is as high as 650,000 hm~2.The area and output of green onions are among the highest in the world.However,due to the special agronomic requirements of the green onion planting and the high degree of erectility,and the slow development of the green onion transplanting machinery,the current green onion planting mainly relies on artificial planting,with large labor,high labor intensity,low efficiency and poor planting quality.Although there are some green onion planting machines on the market,due to the low efficiency of transplanting and the low qualification rate of erecting,it is difficult to meet the agronomic requirements for green onion planting.Therefore,the hysteresis of the onion planting machinery seriously restricts the development of the melon mechanized transplanting industry.According to the current situation of domestic onion planting operations and the future development direction of transplanting machinery,a 2ZYX-2 green onion ditching and transplanting machine capable of integrating ditch,ridge,transplanting,repressing and covering soil is developed.In view of the problem that the supporting power track is not matched with the stalk spacing of the green onion planting,on the basis of the original scheme,rotary tillage furrow and ridge machine was designed to integrate furrow and ridge machine with transplanter,which successfully solved the problem of matching power wheel spacing with ridge spacing,and avoided the drawback of traditional matching power multiple entry.Design key components and devices of the whole machine.2ZYX-2 green onion ditching and transplanting machine includes key components such as ditching and ridge device,horizontal pendulum device,vertical seedling device and vertical planting device to realize functions such as ditching and transplanting.Key technologies such as rotary tiller in rotary tilling ridge device were designed.Resistance factor,power consumption of rotary tiller and maximum stress and deformation position of rotary tiller.The horizontal pendulum device is designed to be a flexible PVC belt with equal spacing and groove type.The vertical clamping device conveyor belt is designed as a flexible PU belt with small pitch groove type.These two belt design forms can effectively ensure the onion without damage.In order to reduce the damage rate of the onion seedlings during the clamping process,the planting tray was designed as rubber material,and the movement model of the onion seedlings in the planting tray was established and the motion analysis of the onion seedlings was carried out to determine the design parameters and the opener of the planting tray and the horizontal position;Combined with the theoretical analysis of the opener and the best planting depth of the onion seedlings,the optimum angle of the opener is 30°.The Central Composite test design method was carried out with the speed of the transplanting machine,the depth of the opener and the horizontal position of the opener as experimental factors and with the pass rate of the onion germination,the variation coefficient of the plant spacing and the yield of the planting depth as test index.The optimal working parameters were that the forward speed of machine was 0.06 m/s,the depth of the opener is 102mm,the horizontal position of the opener is 29 mm.The prototype production site is Qingzhou Hua long Machinery Technology,and the green onion transplanting performance test was carried out in Weifang City Fat in Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative and Shandong Wo Hua Agricultural Science and Technology,according to the test results,key devices such as planting trays are optimized.The verification test shows that when the transplanting speed of the implement is increased to 0.07 m/s~0.08m/s,the test index still meets the requirements of the transplanting operation.
