In this study, we monitor the appearance, weight, body size, production down volume, egg production performance of the population of local varieties of resources Wanxi white goose in Anhui Province, and compare the data with the information data in2006and2009, analysis of changes in Wanxi-white goose protection of populations of phenotypic traits; at the same time we choose to use six pairs microsatellite marker primers which have been marked in2005, randomly select70Wanxi-White Geese from the insurance population (male and female35), take blood samples to extract DNA,PCR amplification and analysis of their genetic diversity, and compare with Wanxi-white goose microsatellite DNA markers results in our laboratory in2005,exploring the changes of population genetic structure in Wanxi-white goose security in the genomic level. The population of white goose Paul monitoring results show that:Since2006, the physical characteristics of the Wanxi-white goose did not significantly change, consistent with national standards announced in June2011; Wanxi-white goose body weight, body size and production down the amount of egg production, egg weight, egg fertilization rate, hatching rate of fertilized eggs, and the rate of healthy young have improved, and the opening of birth in advance conservation use in good condition. The results showed that the microsatellite makers:six pairs of primers amplified16alleles, the mean number of alleles was2.67,the gene frequency distribution in the range of0.0571—1.0000, an average of0.3750. Six microsatellite loci The average heterozygosity was0.3190, the average polymorphic information content of0.2747.The number of alleles of a single locus of six microsatellite loci in2005and2011, two sampling groups detected in each sample group were2to6and6are an average of2.67.two sample groups a total of six microsatellite loci amplified alleles of16, with an average of2.67, indicating that Wanxi-white goose populations, low genetic diversity. Two sampling groups in2005and2011, the allele frequencies of six microsatellite loci have undergone a change, that Wanxi-white goose groups deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. In the SfiuVII locus, sampling group in2011only1alleles, than2005sampling group lostl alleles, while in the AaluI site, in2011than in2005sampling group sampling group lost4alleles, and allele loss can lead to the decrease of genetic diversity. The average heterozygosity of six microsatellite loci which were0.319in2011was lower than0.3809in2005, which indicates Wanxi-white goose has a selection of high strength as a result of long-term closed artificial selection. In this study of6microsatellite loci, Sfiu Ⅱ and Aalu Ⅰ for highly polymorphic loci, the average polymorphism information content of0.2747, showed a moderate polymorphism, but compared with2005drop somewhat, this description of Wanxi-White Goose is planted formerly the groups in the proportion of heterozygotes decreased year by year.
