Effect Of Gibberellin On Development And Quality Of Moldova Grape Berry

In order to improve the berry quality of Moldova grape, the experiment was conducted with spraying different concentrations of GA3and gibberellic acid (Pro-Gibb) on cluster, then determinate the change of cluster length and longitudinal and transverse diameter of berry, single berry weight, soluble solids, titratable acid, soluble sugar, reducing sugar and activities of conversion enzymes, research the effect of berry growth development and qualities control. The result showed that as follows:1、During berry development, GA3and Pro-Gibb has elongated effect of cluster length, with the400mg/L Pro-Gibb was most significant, the processing promote longitudinal diameter of berry,75mg/LGA3is the best,400mg/L Pro-Gibb followed, the effect on berry diameter was not significantly increased, berry shape index and weight were increased, the low concentration was larger than high concentration.2、The content of berry pigment increased after treated by25mg/LGA3,75mg/LGA3,200mg/L Pro-Gibb,400mg/L Pro-Gibb. All treatments reduced organic acids content of berry, and increased the soluble solids, soluble sugar, and reducing sugar, with50mg/LGA3,75mg/LGA3,400mg/L Pro-Gibb most significant.3、The sugar metabolism-related enzyme activity has been significantly improved after treater, particularly in the turning stage,200mg/L Pro-Gibb,400mg/L Pro-Gibb acid invertase and neutral invertase activity higher than control, and the difference was significant. Effect of Gibberellin on berry Ca2+-ATPase activity at the late stage of berry development, part of the processing improved the Ca2+-ATPase activity, when berry ripe,50mg/LGA3,400mg/L Pro-Gibb treatment Ca2+-ATPase was higher than control.
