This paper determinate the meat and milk performance of the different algebra whichfrom hybrid off spring of the foreign Simmental and Xinjiang local cattle, and research theimprovement effect of the Simmental to Xinjiang local cattle. In order to provide technicalsolution for the variety improvement and production practice of the beef cattle and cows, andalso provide a scientific guidance for the agriculture herdsman’s income. The test is dividedinto two parts, one is the meat production performance analysis of different hybridizationbetween algebra, and another part is the lactation performance analysis of differenthybridization between algebra. Experiment1: To the total30Simmental crossbred dairy cattlewhich from the Shache country as the research object, carry out fattening test and theproduction of meat performance, the detection include cow body scale, weight andslaughtering index; Experiment2:To the total825Simmental crossbred dairy cattle as theresearch object, detecting the butterfat rate and305days milk production. The data selectedby using SPSS16.0software and the analysis processing. The results are as follows:1, After the fattening of the Simmental, the shape of them are becoming length, widthand depth, the bone are become stout. With the increase of the generation, the bodymeasurements index are significant change. And the F3generation compared with F4that theheight increased significantly, and the chest increased so significant.2, The result of the slaughter shows that with the increase of the generation, theslaughtering performance of Simmental has been improved greatly. The weight beforeslaughter, slaughter rate and the meat rate, F3generation compared with F4were sosignificant difference(P<0.01). The lema area was that F3generation compared with F4weresignificant difference(P<0.05).3, With the increase of Simmental crossbred dairy cattle algebra, milk production wasobviously improved. In the year of2009, the production of milk in the305days is:the F1generation compared with the F2is significant difference(P<0.05),and the production of milk in the305days was improved198kg; and the year of2010, the F1generation compared withthe F2is significant difference(P<0.05),too. And the production was improved261kg.From the test results we can infer that the Simmental crossbred dairy cattle has animprovement in the milk production performance and meat performance, explaining thatSimmental crossbred dairy cattle has remarkable improvement effect to the Xinjiang localcattle.
