Triptolide(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.) of Euonymus concores public vine of the genusplants,has great medical value because of the special chemical composition. At home andabroad,producing new medicine by Tripterygium wilfordii has attracted wide attention in themedical profession. The comprehensive application of Tripterygium wilfordii is in theascendant,and the application field is in the growing.The research prospect in ecologicalculture and biological control field will be very widely. This article researches Tripterygiumwilfordii which is in the different interplant model.The interplant models are Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii、Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii and Pinus massoniana/Tripterygiumwilfordii, Tripterygium wilfordii pure forest is control group.The main contents are thedynamic changes of soil nutrients、 the dynamic change of Triptolide content andPhotosynthetic characteristics in different interplant model.In addition,it also researches thecorrelation between soil nutrients and Triptolide and the correlation between soil nutrientsand Photosynthetic characteristics.Through the research to get the following conclusion:1.Tripterygium wilfordii woodland soil nutrients in different interplant model presentdifferent trends,each have their own rules.Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordi model canpromote the accumulation of soil Total nitrogen, Hydrolytic nitrogen, Total potassium,Available potassium and Organic matter, respectively higher10.49%、3.98%、21.22%、31.31%and47.58%than the control group.Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii can restrain theaccumulation of soil Total nitrogen, Hydrolytic nitrogen, Total potassium andRapidly-available potassium in different degree, respectively lower10.33%、12.48%、8.38%and7.29%than the control group;promote the accumulation of soil Available phosphorus andOrganic matter, respectively higher47.18%and25.11%than the control group.Pinusmassoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii model can promote the accumulation of soil Totalphosphorus, respectively higher13.88%and16.10%than the control group.Differentinterplant model can not significantly affect the pH of Tripterygium wilfordii woodland soil,and the pH value remains in a stable level.2.Determine the Triptolide content of roots、stem and leaves of Tripterygium wilfordiiindifferent interplant model by HPLC and analysis the dynamic change.In different interplantmodel,the order of Triptolide contenteach in each part of Tripterygium wilfordii in differentinterplant models is roots>leaves>stems.However,in September,the order of Fir/Tripterygium wilfordiiis is leaves>roots>stems.In September,Triptolide content ofdifferent interplant models are maximum,the order is Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii>Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii>Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii.3. In the different model affecting the dynamic change of Triptolide content in each partof Tripterygium wilfordii, Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii can promote the Triptolidecontent of roots and leaves,respectively higher23.06%and105.80%than the controlgroup.Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii model can increase the Triptolide content of leaves,higher36.52%than the control group;and reduce the Triptolide content of stem,lower20.77%thanthe control group.Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii model can reduce the Triptolidecontent of stem, respectively lower56.15%and14.32%than the control group.4.With SPSS software,analysis the correlation between the soil nutrients and Triptolidecontent of each part in different interplant models.The Triptolide content of root positivelycorrelated with soil Total nitrogen, Total potassium, Hydrolytic nitrogen,Rapidly-availablepotassium and Organic matter,the correlation coefficients are0.994**、0.930、0.835、0.919and0.587;negatively correlated with soil Total phosphorus, Effective phosphorus and pH,thecorrelation coefficients are-0.852、-0.527and-0.601.The Triptolide content of stemspositively correlated with Total nitrogen, Total potassium, Hydrolytic nitrogen, Effectivephosphorus, Available potassium and pH,the correlation coefficients are0.471、0.156、0.814、0.054、0.248、0.222;negatively correlated with soil Total phosphorus and Organic matter,thecorrelation coefficients are-0.808and-0.047.The Triptolide content of leaves positivelycorrelated with Total nitrogen, Total potassium, Hydrolytic nitrogen, Effective phosphorus,Available potassium and Organic matter,the correlation coefficients are0.726、0.702、0.499、0.068、0.897and0.868;negatively correlated with Total phosphorus and pH,the correlationcoefficients are-0.524and-0.126.5.With LCpro+portable photosynthesis measurement system,determine the dailyvariation of photosynthesis of Tripterygium wilfordii in different interplant models.The orderof Net photosynthetic rate of Tripterygium wilfordii in different interplant models isMagnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii>Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii>Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii;the order of Transpiration rate is Magnolia bark/Tripterygiumwilfordii>Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii>Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii;Stomatal conductance and Transpiration rate change consistent;the change trend of Intercellular CO2concentration is opposite to Net photosynthetic rate;Water use efficiency are closedtotally;the order of Stomatal limitation is Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii>Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii>Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii.6.Pn=a(1-c0e(-b PAR/a)) was the fitting curve equation of light response curve ofTripterygium wilfordii,AQY、LCP and LSP were calculated.The result of analysis andcomparison:the order of Light energy utilization of Tripterygium wilfordi in differentinterplant models is Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii>Fir/Tripterygium wilfordii>Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii;the use of light range in Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii model is wide,the use of light range in Pinus massoniana/Tripterygium wilfordii model is narrow;Tripterygium wilfordii in Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii model have strong ability to adapt to strong light;Photosyntheticpotential of Tripterygium wilfordii in Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii model is thehighest,Tripterygium wilfordii in Magnolia bark/Tripterygium wilfordii model is the lowest.7.With SPSS software,analysis the correlation between the soil nutrients and Netphotosynthetic rate in different interplant models.Net photosynthetic rate positively correlatedwith soil Total nitrogen, Total potassium, Hydrolytic nitrogen, Effective phosphorus,Available potassium,Organic matter and pH, the correlation coefficients are0.617、0.459、0.780、0.240、0.714、0.878、0.160;negatively correlated with soil Total phosphorus,thecorrelation coefficients is-0.781.
