Citrus, as a kind of commercial packaging, nutrition, strong mass of fruit, in the world have a wide range of planting, China is one of the important origin of citrus, planting area and yield are ranked among the top of the world. Due to the complex topography distribution area, slope more ups and downs, citrus low mechanization degree, lead to harvest fertilizer transport difficulties. Therefore, studying a suitable orchard transport machinery is very urgent and necessary.This article in view of the present our country mountain orchard slope, more difficult to transport the actual situation, combined with domestic and foreign research present situation, the design of remote control traction type monorail conveyor is developed, and has carried on the trial production and installation and debugging on the spot. Focus on power and drive conveyor design, orbit design, limit wheel design, control and prevent derailment device design. The field installation and debugging of the main conclusions are:1) The realization of the function, conveyor used380v rated power is5.5kW, rated speed1440r/min three-phase asynchronous motor, conveyor300kg capacity upgrade, downgrade,500kg,40°climbing Angle, the average speed of0.7m/s, the control range of300m, can realize conveyor running up and down and stop at any position in the orbit, the operation is simple, realizes the unmanned, smooth operation, reliable and meet the design goals.2) Conveyor operation safe and reliable. Based on the performance of the steel wire rope are analyzed, and the driving wheel groove on the stress analysis, strength of steel wire rope etc. Meet the design requirements; Through the rail force analysis, determine the minimum turning radius, track strength meet the design requirements; Side device, through the design to ensure that the conveyor running smoothly.3) Simple operation, realizes the unmanned. Conveyor operation by remote control, can also through some control button control box control, realize the parking at any position on the transport routes, and in the end, automatic parking throughout the operation is simple, suitable for now the aging of the growers demands, reduce the labor, reduces the labor cost, more safety.4) Remote control traction type monorail conveyor field installation and debugging. In Yi Chang of HuBei province and other places, has carried on the conveyer of the field installation and commissioning, operation result is good, complete design goal, satisfies the requirement of mountainous orchard of transport, and transport is very popular with the local growers, played a good promotion effect.
