In this study,a survey on the resources of Polyporus in main producing areas of Qinlingmountain has been done,taken back the sclerotia and soil to the lab to find the relationshipbetween content of soil and content of Polyporus.The experience of choossing a good bagmedium of Polyporus umbellatus.In order to provide a basis for choosing of site selection.Biological characteristics of Astragalus membranaceus, derived from17different regions,such as Longxi, Dingxi, Weiyuan and so on, were surveyed in the field of Yangling and theresults were obtained to provide evidence for studying distinctness, uniformity and stability ofAstragalus membranaceus.The results obtained are as follows:1、Investigation of natural environment of Polyporus umbellatus main producing areas inthe Qinling-Bashan mountain areas,to understand appropriate natural environment ofPolyporus umbellatus and provide a basis for the artificial cultivation of Polyporus on siteselection.3、Measuring the soil properties and content of Polyporus polysaccharide andergosterol,in order to find the relationship between soil physical and chemical properties andquality of polyporus umbellatus.The result showed that macroelement and organic material inthe soil was negatively correlated with content of polyporus polysaccharide andergosterol.Polyporus producing areas have higher requirements on soil condition, liketemperature,humidity,altitude and so on.A suitable environment could guarantee polyporusgrow rapidly.4、At present,the main cultivation method of polyporus umbellatus is bacteria stick withhydroponics,Liuba county split the stick from the middle instead of the original stick drillingmethod,the result showed that split the stick from the midle could effectively improve thegrowth rate of Armillaria which could provide enough nutrition for polyporus umbellatus.5、Choosing a good plastic cultures found that liquid vaccination strain sprawn fasterthan solid vaccination strain on mycelial growth rate.Good C source for plastic medium was cob or a mixture of sawdust and cotton seed hull.6、Growing period of Astragalus membranaceus was almost215days, and the emergenceof seedings was about30days after seeding, from end of emergence of seedings to thebeginning of flowering was about25days,florescence was about25days, legume stage wasabout35days and from mature period to withering period was about100days. Among the20characters selected,4qualitative characters determined by genotype showed well indistinctness, uniformity and stability,5pseudo-qualitative characteristics displayed relativelywell in distinctness, uniformity and stability; whereas another11quantitative charactersrevealed poorer in distinctness, uniformity and stability, the reason may be that the impact thatquantitative characters affected by environmental factors was greater and major variation incharacters was caused.
